#CS432 Project Update Rebuilding Lives: Flood Relief Efforts in Mannar

As the floodwaters recede, we must not forget the devastation it left in its wake. We must not forget the people it affected.

And so, we at CareStation worked tirelessly over the past few weeks, providing supplies to centers housing flood victims. With your help an your generous contributions, we are glad to announce that we have been able to raise funds for flood victims in Mannar, and distribute dry rations worth Lkr 5000 to 100 affected families!

We are so grateful to all those of you who donated to this cause, and helped provide ease to these families in trying times.

We helped ease their burden, in a moment when those burdens weighed heaviest. We helped put food on the table for families with young children. We did what was in our capacity to make a difference. And so did you.
