She was the main caregiver, an aspiring entrepreneur, and a mother of three. She did her best to provide for her family with meagre earnings made from selling breakfast, but her financial challenges were overwhelming. She had to cover costs for her husband’s health issues and secure funds for her eldest son’s tuition. Putting in all her investments and earnings into these expenses meant she could not achieve her dream of starting a grocery shop.
We at CareStation stepped in to help this woman fulfill her aspirations. She was motivated to start her business, and we helped her materialize her dream by taking prompt action in providing her with the necessary funds.
Thanks to the contributions of our benevolent donors, she now runs her own grocery shop and is able to manage her family’s expenses.
And that’s what CareStation aims to do: to help beneficiaries to stand on their own feet and empower them to provide for themselves and their families in helping them establish their livelihoods.
