OUT OF STREETS IN TO HOPE

A homeless lady who was begging on the streets for long parts of her life, with her 4 children, and had no way of getting a paid job as she did not possess any documentation/ identification. She and her children had no alternative but to fend for themselves on the streets. She couldn’t afford a home because the key money could not be collected. We helped her find a good home and be relieved of the necessity of begging.

We paid the initial deposit for a home and 6 months rent, so she could shelter herself and the children, while also tailoring a plan for that family to enable independence and making sure her children continue schooling by providing study supplies. She now does odd-jobs and makes a living. They are now off the streets, inside a safe home.
