#CS239 Dry Ration Distribution

We at Carestation held a a successful dry ration distribution in the Mount Lavinia Wathu Mulla area with the support of the area Grama Sevaka two days ago. The distribution was carried out in aid of 35 deserving families who struggle to make ends meet and put food on the table.

The pandemic followed by the economic recession has hit vulnerable communities hard, and Wathu Mulla area is no exception. With the support of the area Grama Sevaka, we were able to identify 35 families who were in urgent need of assistance. We then procured dry rations, including rice, flour, lentils, sugar, and other essential items, and distributed them to these families.

We would like to thank everyone who supported us in this initiative, enabling us to help make a difference in the lives of 35 families who were struggling to make ends meet. We believe that small acts of kindness can go a long way in making a difference in the world, and we hope to continue to support vulnerable communities in the future.
